The Master Chef of France title was presented by Mr. Michel Blanchet, President of The Maitre Cuisinier de France. Only 231 chefs worldwide share the distinction and Chef Dufour now joins this elite club.

Established in 1951 under the name Mantres-Queux, the Association of the Master Chefs of France promotes professional excellence by spreading the French culinary art.
