INGREDIENTS:
1 ounce Q Tonic
1 ounce Combier Liqueur d'Orange
3 ounces Leblon cachaça
1½ ounces English cucumber juice
1 ounce lime juice
4 ounces bottled water
1 ounce Dainzu agave nectar
3 basil leaves
Fresh English cucumber, sliced
Mint
METHOD:
Blend all the ingredients and strain into the iSi Gourmet Whip. Charge with 2 CO2 chargers. Serve in a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with fresh English cucumber and mint.
