There will be one winner chosen by random drawing. Winner will be notified by email and/or telephone. No purchase or payment of any money is necessary to enter. One entry per household. All entries become exclusive property of StarChefs and will not be acknowledged or returned. StarChefs assumes no responsibility for lost, late, illegible, incomplete or misdirected entries. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.

Contestants may also enter by printing the Survey, fill it out and include the words SALARY SURVEY SWEEPSTAKES 2007, your name, address and zip code. Mail in an envelope to: StarChefs, 9 East 19th Street, 9th Floor, New York, NY 10003. Each entry must be mailed separately. Entry limited to one per household. Entries that are printed by machine or otherwise mechanically reproduced will not be accepted. All mailed entries must be received by January 31 2007. By acceptance of prize, winners agree to the use of their name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winners will be asked to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a publicity release that will allow the use of winners' names and likenesses for other promotional activities by the sponsor.

Prize includes one Jade Plancha. The prize will be issued to the winner about six to eight weeks after the eligibility and address of the winner have been confirmed. The Plancha must be taken or the prize will be forfeited. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning will be determined by the number of valid entries received, as determined by StarChefs. All decisions are final. No substitutions of the prize are allowed.

Employees of StarChefs and/or the sponsors, participating vendors, their subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising agencies or related companies are not eligible for prizes. Neither StarChefs or their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions or related companies are responsible for any damages, taxes or expenses that winners may incur as a result of this contest or receipt of prize.
