1. Remove
the wings prior to roasting and cook them separately like buffalo wings.
Chop into 2-3 pieces or leave whole. Roast separately until crisp with
tabasco and butter. Toss with salad and blue cheese.
2. Take 1/4 inch of butter seasoned with shallots and sage and stuff
between skin and breast.
3. The best way to cook the turkey is to roast it upside down.
4. Make cranberry ravioli. Stuff cranberry relish in wantons and put
around turkey.
