Fromager d'Affinois is a cheese built for the table—and the kitchen. This spring, we partnered with Fromager d'Affinois to share six recipes from some of the country's top chefs and bakers, showcasing how the brand's range of double-crème, bloomy, and aged varieties moves seamlessly across every part of the menu. From a smoked ham sandwich to a caramelized apricot croissant, these chefs prove that the right cheese doesn't just belong on a board.
