Harrison Snow

Lullaby and Mo's General | New York

February 2025

Before he was even out of high school, Harrison Snow had found a home in hospitality, falling in love with the come one, come all nature of the industry. After working in cafes and restaurants in his hometown of Providence, Rhode Island, Snow moved to Boston for college, but dropped out after a year. He started bartending at a local sports bar, learning the basics and familiarizing himself with the craft cocktail scene, before joining the Franklin Restaurant Group. Two years later, Snow became the beverage director at Wit’s End, where he led the team, developed a new cocktail-focused bar program, and hosted a number of industry nights before the pandemic shut things down.

When bars and restaurants started to reopen, Snow found his way to Paris Creperie. There, he met his friend, mentor, and fellow bartender, Brother Cleve. The two developed a close working relationship, frequenting old-school bars in the city and collaborating on recipes. In 2020, Snow moved to New York to open a bar with his business partner, Jake Hodas. After working at Shalom Japan and Apotheke, the duo found a space in the Lower East Side and opened Lullaby in 2022, working with Cleve until his sudden passing. Since then, Snow has created a menu filled with playful, complex, and approachable cocktails to match the laid-back and inviting atmosphere of the bar. In 2023, Snow and Hodas became partners in Mo’s General as well, where Snow has reshaped the bar program into a rum-forward experience. Between Lullaby and Mo’s, Snow is creating comfortable third spaces with high-quality cocktails, opening up the door for industry peers through his guest bartender series, and creating opportunities for his staff by establishing a royalty program for cocktails they create.
