INGREDIENTS
Saline Tincture:
Yield: 1 pint
9 grams coarse salt
To Assemble and Serve:
Yield: 1 cocktail
1½ ounces Roku gin
½ ounce Dolin Blanc vermouth
¼ ounce Salers gentian liqueur
¼ ounce St. Germain elderflower liqueur
Orange zest
Orange peel
METHOD
For the Saline Tincture:
In a quart container, combine salt and 450 grams water. Stir until salt has fully dissolved. Bottle and reserve.
To Assemble and Serve:
In a mixing glass, combine gin, vermouth, liqueurs, and 1 milliliter Saline Tincture. Fill glass with ice and stir until cooled and desired dilution is achieved. Strain into a coupe and garnish with orange zest and peel.
