Cooking with Impossible Foods

We partnered with Impossible Foods and some of the country’s top chefs to give you some inspiration on how to incorporate Impossible products on your menu.

Impossible Foods is on a mission is to make the global food system truly sustainable by eliminating the need to make food from animals.

Animal agriculture uses a tremendous amount of the world’s natural resources. In 2016, Impossible launched its first product, Impossible™ Beef made from plants. It’s made using but a small fraction of the land, water and energy required to make meat from a cow. Every time you choose Impossible over the animal version, you use 96% less land, 92% less water, and generate 91% fewer greenhouse gas emissions. For inspiration, take a look at how chefs in the StarChefs community are using Impossible Beef in creative ways!
