INGREDIENTS

Watermelon Syrup:
Yield: 32 ounces
750 milliliters watermelon juice
190 grams light agave syrup

To Assemble and Serve:
Yield: 1 cocktail
¼ ounce lime juice
¼ ounce lemon juice
½ ounce Union mezcal
¼ ounce Pueblo Viejo reposado tequila
1 ounce Lunazul blanco tequila
2 ounces Milkis
Lime twist

METHOD

For the Watermelon Syrup:
In a nonreactive container, combine all ingredients. Stir until incorporated and reserve.

To Assemble and Serve:
In a shaker, combine citrus, mezcal, tequila, Milkis, and ½ ounce Watermelon Syrup. Add ice and shake. Double strain into a Nick and Nora glass. Garnish with twist.
