Vanilla-Mango Chicken Wings
Tabasco, Garlic, Cilantro, and Scallions

INGREDIENTS:
Vanilla-Mango Chicken Wings:
4 tablespoons vnlla pure vanilla extract
1 cup mango purée
2 teaspoons tabasco
4 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 tablespoon salt
12 chicken wings
Assembly:
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons sliced scallions
METHOD:
For the Vanilla-Mango Chicken Wings:
Combine all vanilla extract, mango puree, tabasco, sugar, chopped garlic and salt in a mixing bowl. Place chicken wings in the bowl with the vanilla-mango sauce and allow to stand 4-24 hours in the refrigerator. Preheat the oven to 325 F. Remove wings from the sauce, reserving excess sauce. Place the wings on a nonstick cookie sheet and place in the oven. Cook wings for 1 ½ hours brushing with the reserved sauce every 15 minutes. Once the wings have come to 165F internal temperature remove from the oven
To Assemble and Serve:
Place wings on a serving platter and garnish with the cilantro and scallions.
