INGREDIENTS:
3 thin slices cucumber
1½ ounces Rhum JM agricole blanc 50%
1 ounce verjus
¼ ounce Ancho Reyes Verde
½ teaspoon 2:1 cane sugar syrup
4 drops Bittermens celery shrub
METHOD:
To a mixing glass, add 2 cucumber slices and ice, followed by remaining ingredients. Stir. Double strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass. Garnish with remaining cucumber slice.
