Ole Smoky Moonshine, Orange, Watermelon, Lemon, American Malt, Pink Sea Salt

INGREDIENTS:

1½ ounces Ole Smoky Moonshine
½ ounces orange liqueur
3 ounces fresh watermelon, seeded
2 ounces lemon juice
Pinch of pink sea salt
¼ ounce Westland Peated American Malt
Watermelon rind
Lemon twist

METHOD:

Blend all ingredients in a blender, except the malt, rind, and twist. Pour blended mixture into a large, chilled martini glass rimmed in pink sea salt. Top with the malt. Garnish with the watermelon rind star and lemon twist.
