INGREDIENTS

1¾ ounces Plymouth gin
1¼ ounces vermouth blend (equal parts Manuel Acha Blanco and Dolin Dry)
3 drops fall tincture (over-proof rum, allspice, clove, cinnamon, star anise)
Orange peel
Lemon peel

METHOD

To a stirring vessel filled with ice, add gin, vermouth, and tincture; stir. Strain into a chilled Martini glass. Express and discard citrus peels.
