INGREDIENTS

1 ounce Campari
1 ounce Aperol
1 ounce Ransom dry vermouth
3/4 ounce tangerine sherbert
1/2 ounce lemon juice
1 barspoon egg white
Angostura bitters

METHOD

In a shaker, combine Campari, Aperol, vermouth, sherbet, lemon juice, and egg white; dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into a coupe. Using an eye dropper, form a circle of Angostura droplets on the surface of the cocktail. Drag the tip of a toothpick through the droplets to create a wreath design.
