INGREDIENTS
2 ounces J. Rieger & Co. Midwestern dry gin
1 ounce Dolin blanc vermouth
¼ ounce Reisetbauer apricot eau de vie
Suze (in an atomizer)
1 pickled dwarf peach skewered on a metal pick
METHOD
To a mixing glass with ice, add gin, vermouth, and eau de vie. Stir to proper dilution. Rinse a martini glass with Suze. Pour cocktail into chilled martini glass. Garnish with peach.
