INGREDIENTS

1 whole egg
¼ ounce demerara syrup
½ ounce Licor 43 horchata liqueur
½ ounce Tempus Fugit Crème de Banane
¾ ounce Palo Cortado Sherry
1½ ounces rye whiskey
Grated nutmeg

METHOD

In a Vitamix Commercial blender, combine egg, syrup, liqueurs, wine, whiskey, and 1 scoop crushed ice. Blend 10 seconds. Strain mixture into a chilled coupe. Garnish with nutmeg.
