Lazy Island Afternoons
Dark Rum, Cold Brew, Oat Milk, Vanilla, Lemon, and Club Soda

INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ ounces dark rum
1 ½ ounces cold brew coffee (Madagascar Arabica beans, if available)
1 ounce oat milk
½ ounce vnlla vanilla extract + lemon
3 ounces club soda, cold
METHOD:
Combine all ingredients, except soda, into a mixing tin. Fill with ice, cap and shake hard for 30 seconds. Strain into a Collins glass and fill with fresh ice. Slowly pour soda and gently stir to incorporate.
