Mezcal Gin, Irish Whiskey, Espresso, Agave, and Lemon Bitters

INGREDIENTS:

¾ ounce espresso
½ ounce agave
½ ounce Mezcal MG mezcal gin
1 ½ ounces Teeling Irish whiskey
1 dash Dashfire lemon bitters
Lemon twist
Peychaud’s bitters

METHOD:

To a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add espresso, agave, mezcal gin, whiskey, and lemon bitters. Shake. Double strain into a Nick and Nora glass. Express and garnish with lemon twist and finish with 3 drops of Peychaud’s.
