INGREDIENTS

1½ ounces Del Maguey mezcal
½  ounce yuzu
¼ ounce lemon juice
½ ounce green apple juice
½ ounce cinnamon syrup
½ ounce Strega
Green apple chip
Grated cinnamon

METHOD

In a shaker with ice, combine mezcal, yuzu, fruit juices, syrup, and Strega; shake vigorously. Strain into a lowball with ice. Garnish with apple and cinnamon.
