Slivovitz, Oloroso Sherry, Dark Crème de Cacao, Citric Acid, Luxardo Maraschino Cherry, Salt

INGREDIENTS:

1 ½ ounces slivovitz
¾ ounce Oloroso sherry
¾ ounce crème de cacao
5 drops 20% salt water solution
3 drops 20% citric acid solution
1 Luxardo maraschino cherry
Salt

METHOD:

In a mixing glass, combine slivovitz, sherry, crème de cacao, salt water solution, and citric acid solution. Fill with ice. Stir until chilled and well incorporated. Strain into a Nick and Nora glass. Stab cherry with a spear, then coat it in salt. Garnish cocktail with the salted cherry spear.
