INGREDIENTS

1 teaspoon velvet falernum
¾ ounce lime juice
½ ounce cane syrup
¼ ounce Giffard Banane du Brésil
1 ounce Hwayo 25 soju
1 ounce Dolin Blanc vermouth
Soda water

METHOD

In a shaker filled with ice, combine falernum, lime, syrup, banana liqueur, soju, and vermouth. Whip shake and pour into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with soda.
