Vetiver Rabbit

Green Chile Vodka, Vetiver Cordial, Cachaça, Strega, Carrot, Lime, Yuzu, Parsley

INGREDIENTS:

Vetiver Cordial:
12.5 grams dried vetiver
½ quart white sugar

To Assemble and Serve:
1¼ ounce St. George green chile vodka
½ ounce cachaça
¼ ounce Liquore Strega
1 ounce carrot juice
¼ ounce lime juice
¼ ounce yuzu juice
Parsley

METHOD:

For the Vetiver Cordial:
In a small saucepot, add vetiver and 1 quart water. Bring to a boil and let boil 10 minutes. Strain into a nonreactive container. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Let cool. 

To Assemble and Serve:
In a shaker with ice, combine all ingredients and 1 ounce Vetiver Cordial. Shake then fine strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with parsley.
