Apple Brandy, Lemon, Amer Ticon, Sorghum Syrup, Red Wine

INGREDIENTS

Amer Ticon:
Yield: 560 milliliters
1 cup Cocchi Vermouth di Torino
1 cup Amaro CioCiaro
½ cup Tempus Fugit Gran Classico

To Assemble and Serve:
1 ounce Laird’s 100-proof apple brandy
1 ounce lemon juice
½ ounce sorghum syrup
Red wine (Tendu red blend, Matthiasson, California)

METHOD

For the Amer Ticon:
In a 750-milliliter bottle, combine vermouth, amaro, and Gran Classico.   

To Assemble and Serve:
To a shaker with ice, add brandy, lemon juice, syrup, and ½ ounce Amer Ticon; shake. Double strain into a coupe glass. Top with 2 barspoons of red wine.
