INGREDIENTS

¼ ounce Cocchi Americano
¼ ounce verjus blanc
½ ounce Umenoyado green tea umeshu
1 ounce Mancino Sakura vermouth
1 ounce gin 
Grapefruit coin

METHOD

In a mixing glass with ice, add aperitif, verjus, umeshu, vermouth, and gin. Stir until chilled, then strain into a Nick and Nora glass. Garnish with grapefruit coin.
